Hi, I’m Kaitlyn

Thanks for coming here! I’m honored that you’d like to read about me and my history

I call the bay area home. My love for movement started with ballet training, but then in my early 20s I had to have a bladder surgery which I took as a sign from the universe that this was not the path. I had never felt so disconnected from my body and I had no clue what to do. It took a long time to figure things out (and there’s still some things I’m working on!) In that time of figuring things out, I did customer service for different start ups in SF.

Once I hit my early 30s, I started to really be aware of my body changing and wanting more movement so I thought I’d try yoga (shout out to Yoga with Adriene for making that so accessible!) I jumped on the peloton craze as well but ended up in so much pain since I was lacking strength areas and compensating without even knowing it. I started working with a personal trainer and fell in love with the rhythm of seeing someone and working through things with them.

She inspired me to seek the life path change of becoming a personal trainer myself and here I am!

Some other loves in my life are baking/cooking, exploring cities, trying new restuarants, and pottery.
